Fans of "Persona 5" may have to wait a little longer as the long awaited release of the latest version of the well-loved video game has been delayed until April 2017. Meanwhile, its release in the United States and the rest of North America will push through in May. To prepare for its US launch, Atlus has released a trailer for its Persona 5 Game Mechanics: Velvet Room.
Gamerant reveals that there might be a reason for the delay in the release of "Persona 5." Two high-profile video games were released this month namely "Horizon: Zero Dawn" and "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild." Atlus veered away from the previous mid-February release because the release of "Persona 5" might quickly be overshadowed. So in the meantime, Atlus is releasing a number of trailers to keep fans excited.
The video focuses on some of the game's main characters. In addition, it also provides a glimpse at combat and the in-game menus that showcases the superb art direction of "Persona 5." The trailer also shows aspects of the game that was not featured in Persona 5 Velvet Room trailer. The game is entirely different from the themes and presentation of "Horizon: Zero Dawn" and "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild."
In its blog site, PlayStation revealed that "Persona 5" will have dual audio for both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. Already the release of "Persona 5" is being hyped as the biggest launch to date prior to "Mass Effect: Andromeda." The new game will be released on April 4, 2017 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
Meanwhile, n4bb reveals that two of the biggest video game developers Atlus and Sega will be joining forces during the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2017 slated June 13 to 15. The event is one of the biggest trade shows held yearly. Is the two gaming giants cooking up something for gaming enthusiasts?
